Employees are the main implementers of firm innovation activities,and their innovative behavior determines the results of innovation. However,the recent research on the intrinsic impact mechanism of innovative behavior is still lack. Based on social cognition theory,this paper explores the intrinsic impact mechanism of person-organization fit on innovative behavior from the psychological perspective. By collecting data,this paper uses the hierarchical regression analysis to test the proposed hypotheses. The results show that person-organization fit not only exerts direct impact on innovative behavior,but also exerts indirect impact on innovative behavior through intrinsic motivation. This paper enriches the research field of innovative behavior,and puts forward suggestions for firms to improve innovative behavior.
