基于差异化定价和回收竞争的再制造专利许可决策研究

Considering the manufacturers make differential pricing of new products and remanufactured productswhich exist competition，manufacturers adopt two different models，fixed and unit patent license to permit remanufacturing.The results show that：（1）manufacturer will not participate in the remanufacturing recovery activities when the consumer willingness to pay is weak and using fixed fee licensing. Manufacturer and remanufacturer will not participate in the remanufacturing recovery activities.（2）In two kinds of patent licensing，with consumer willingness to pay increases，manufacturers of new products yield decreases，both the remanufacturing yield and the recovery rate of products are increased，with the recovery coefficient of competition increases，manufacturer’s new products yield increases，both the remanufacturing yield and product recovery rate are decreased; with the recovery coefficient of competition increases，manufacturer’s new products yield increases，remanufacturing yield and product recovery rate of manufacturer and remanufacturer are decreased.
