从国际跨国公司发展方兴未艾和国内跨国公司培育成就初现两个方面隐射出广东跨国公司培育发展不进则退。本文从广东企业贸易出口情况、核心技术的国外依存度、技术进步对工业经济增长的贡献率等多个视角对广东跨国公司培育的有利条件进行分析。结合广东大型跨国公司发展调查，从自主知识产权与跨国公司培育、自主知识产权与国际知名品牌、企业自主知识产权与区域科技创新效率互动关系系统分析中探讨了其内在机理，分析广东跨国公司培育的路径特征。

ns and the early success in cultivating transnational corporations in china,the
situation on nurturing the transnational corporations in Guangdong is very urgen
t.The favorable conditions on nurturing the transnational corporations in guangd
ong are analyzed based on many perspectives including trade exports from Guangdo
ng enterprises,foreign dependence on core technology,technological progress cont
ribution rate of industrial growth in Guangdong and so on.Combing with survey on
the development of large multinational companies in Guangdong,through the syste
matic analysis on relations of intellectual property rights and transnational co
rporations from the cultivation of independent intellectual property rights and
international brands,corporate intellectual property rights and the interaction
between regional science and technology innovation system analysis of the effici
ency,this paper explored its internal mechanism,and carried out the path on nurt
uring the transnational corporations in Guangdong and the path characteristics a
re also analyzed.
