摘要
为了研究产业集群升级与产业转型之间的关系，本文在建立产业集群升级与区域产业转型相应指标体系的基础上，基于我国30个省市2001～2010年度的面板数据，运用面板数据VAR的计量分析方法，对产业集群升级与区域产业转型之间的互动关系进行了研究。研究结果表明：产业集群升级与区域产业转型之间存在双向的因果互动关系，但同时也具有一定的滞后性。因此，既可以通过区域转型来带动产业集群的升级，也可以通过产业集群升级来促进区域产业的转型。
Abstract
On t
he basis of establishing the index system of regional industrial transformation
and upgrading of industrial clusters,this article does the granger causality tes
t of regional industrial transformation and upgrading of industrial clusters bas
ed on the panel data of 2001～2010 in 30 cities and provinces in China to study
the relationship between them.The results show that regional industrial transfor
mation and upgrading of industrial clusters is a two-way causal relationship,and
they has a certain lag.So we can not only through regional transformation to ca
use upgrading of industrial clusters,but also through the upgrade of industrial
cluster to promote regional industrial transformation.
