1. All authors agree that once the above papers submitted for publication in this journal are accepted by this journal, the authors shall submit the whole paper, any part of the paper and the content related to the paper (such as the detailed information of the research question, research idea, method, process, data and results of the paper, including theoretical derivation and experimental process, etc.) or other full reproduction and dissemination rights that can be extracted from the paper, including but not limited to the rights of reproduction, distribution, information network dissemination, broadcasting, performance, translation, compilation and adaptation, to the Editorial Department of Journal of Industrial Technological Economics (hereinafter referred to as periodicals). The periodical press has the right to use it in the following ways including but not limited to:

(1) Including but not limited to using the licensed content in various known or future possible forms, formats and media, such as optical disk, magnetic disk, network and other forms, copying, publishing, information network transmission, broadcasting or other means of transmission.

(2) Translate, adapt, compile and use the figures, summaries or any part of the paper to derive other works.

(3) In addition to our own use, we have the right to license third-party platforms (including CNKI) to exercise the above rights (Note: If the author does not agree to the license, a special statement is required in Article 8).

2. License Period: copyright protection period (Note: if the author has a time limit, it should be specially stated in Article 8).

3. Scope of Licensed Use: worldwide (Note: If the author has geographical restrictions, a special statement is required in Article 8).

4. Commitment to Intellectual Property Rights: the author of the paper guarantees that the paper is original works and does not involve confidential and multiple submissions and other issues of academic misconduct, in case of infringement or disclosure, all responsibilities shall be borne by the author of the paper.

5. Author Services: In order to assist authors in their research, study, creation and publication, the Journal and related licensing platforms provide a series of services to authors. Relevant services are based on the publicity of third-party platforms.

6. Any dispute arising from the performance of this Agreement shall be settled through consultation between both parties. If no settlement can be reached through consultation, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where the periodical office is located.

7. This agreement shall be signed by all the authors and shall come into force on the date of signing. After the agreement is signed, the electronic version of the agreement should be uploaded to the submission system or sent to the mailbox of the periodical press. If the submitted paper is accepted, the original agreement (2 copies) should be mailed to the Journal Society for filing. If the submitted paper is not finally employed, this agreement will automatically become invalid.
