摘要:

本工作通过一系例的慢性与急性实验证实: (1)当用方脉冲刺激腓总神经干时,在刺激强度逐渐增大的过程中,最先被记录到的复合动作电位成分不是传导速度最快的,而是相当于A<sub>β</sub>的成分。 (2)不同参数的负方脉冲具有选择性激活不同A类纤维的作用。 (3)相同参数的正方脉冲与负方脉冲刺激腓总神经干时,所记录到的复合动作电位不同。

Abstract:

In this study we proved that, basing on a series of chronic and acute experiments, (1) it was not the fastest element of compound action potential that was recorded first during the course of gradual increment in intensity of the stimuli. When the common peroneal nerve trunk was stimulated by square pulse, it was the element of A<sub>β</sub> that made its first appearence; (2) the negative square pulse with different parameters have the function of selectively exciting various A-fibers and (3) the compound action potential recorded was different, when the common peroneal nerve trunk was stimulated by the positive and negative square pulse with the same parameter.
