视网膜诱发电位的计算机分析与诊断

摘要:

视网膜诱发电位对诊断视网膜杆体与锥体的功能正常与否有临床实用价值。本计算机程序能自动采取视网膜诱发电位並进行累加,从而得到较好的ERG。计算机进一步搜索和分析波形特征(波幅,各波延迟时间等),並模拟专家和大夫的诊断思维过程,对ERG作出计算机辅助诊断。本程序用FORTRAN—PLUS语言写成,在PDP11/60计算机上调试成功,自1982年3月在奥斯陆挪威国家医院投入门诊和病房使用。

Abstract:

Elcctroretinogram (ERG) is valuable in analysis and diagnosis of the rod and cone function in he field of opthalmology. This computer program can collect, accumulate and printout a better graph automatically. According to the doctor's diagnosis thinking this program can find a series of characteristics of ERG and make a correct diagnosis for the patient.This program uses FORTRAN-PLUS language and practises in PDP11/60 computer. This program has been running in National Hospital of Norway in Oslo since March, 1982.
