摘要:

本文为对几种成年哺乳类的神经胰岛复合体的组织学研究。本文所得结果表明,这几种成年哺乳类胰腺中都有此复合体存在,但数目很少,并有种属差异。狗和豚鼠较多,兔最少。复合体分布在小叶间明显多于小叶内。此复合体按其结构特点可分为四型:(1)A型:胰岛细胞与自主神经节细胞相混一起,二者无结缔组织分隔或结缔组织极少;(2)B型:胰岛细胞与神经节细胞相邻,其间有薄层结缔组织分隔;(3)C型:胰岛细胞与神经纤维束相邻或相混;(4)D型:胰岛同时与神经节细胞和神经纤维束相邻。

Abstract:

A. There existed a few neuro-insular complexes in the pancreas of some adult mammals, and there was a difference among species. The complex was more in dog and guinea pig and less in rabbit. Inlerlobular complexes were much more than those within the lobule.B. According to the organization of the complex and the relation between pancreatic islet cells and autonomic ganglion cells, the neuroinsular complex may be divided into four types;(1)Type A: Islet cells intermingle with ganglion cells. There was no distinct connective tissue septum between the two kinds of cells.(2)Type B: Some ganglion neurons were situated adjacent to an islet of Langerhans, and a thin connective tissue septum could be seen in between the two kinds of cells.(3)Type C: Groups of islet cells were on the surface of, or within the nervebundles.(4)Type D: A mass of islet cells associated themselves with nerve cells on one side of the complex and with nerve fibers on another.
