全身麻醉剂对刺激下丘脑引起的心电图变化的影响

摘要: 以连续单相方波脉冲(波宽:0.5—1ms,频率50—100Hz,电流强度:0.01—0.3mA)刺激清醒家兔下丘脑乳头体核及其周围区域可引起严重的心律失常、ST—T缺血样改变和血压升高。静脉注射戊巴比妥钠、氨基甲酸乙酯和α—氯醛糖减弱或消除刺激下丘脑这一区域引起的心律失常和ST—T缺血样改变,对其加压效应影响较小。

Abstract: Stimulation of the mammilary nuclei and their surrounding areas induced cardiac arrhythmia and ischemia as well as a rise of blood pressure in unanesthetized rabbits.Among such changes, the cardiac arrhythmia and isehemia became much weakened in animals under pentobarbital, urethane or α-chloralose anesthsia.In contrast with cardiac effects changes in blood pressure were little influenced by these anesthetics.
