脱氢酶组织化学染色技术在确定心肌缺血中的意义

摘要:

在实验性心肌缺血的家兔中进行大体标本的酶组织化学染色来检查脱氢酶的活性,以便估计心肌缺血与脱氢酶活性的关系。结果表明,在活体中心肌缺血一个多小时就显示脱氢酶活性减少,而在离体心肌中则可延续24小时。此外,低温环境可延长酶活性,在培养液中孵育的标本酶活性消失较快。

Abstract:

In order to estimate the relationship between myocardial ischemia and dehydrogenase activity, the latter was tested with macroscopic enzymatic histochemical staining method in experimental myocardial ischemia of rabbits. The results showed that, if the ischemic condition laster more than one hour, the activity of dehydrogenase decreased in the in vivo specimen, whihile, in the in vitro specimen a prominent decrease of dehydrogenase activity did not occur until twenty-four hours. Besides, the relatively high activity in normal conditions conld last a longer time in lower temperature and disappeared rapidly as the ischemic myocardium was incubated in culture medium.
