小巨核细胞的超微结构

摘要: 电子显微镜观察6例骨髓异常增生症患者末梢血及(或)骨髓的小巨核细胞,发现骨髓异常增生症患者的小巨核细胞具有异常的超微结构。提出骨髓巨核细胞胞浆的3个特征性结构,即α颗粒、分隔膜和特殊形状的为足可以作为识别小巨核细胞以及将其分型的依据。本文将异常细胞归纳为5个基本类型,并分别描述其超微结构特点。

Abstract: The fine structure of micromegakaryocytes were observed under electron microscope in blood and/or bone marrow specimens in six patients with myeloproliferative disorder.Abnormal ultrastructures of the micromegaka-ryocytes were studied.The 3 main morphological charactersties of megaka-ryocte,as the α-granules,demarcation membrane and the special shape of pseudopia,may serve as important distinguishing characteristies in the classification of micro-megakaryoctes.Five types of abnormal micromegaka-ryocytes could be seen under electron microscope.
