豆田施用氰戊菊酯后的消解动态与最终残留动态研究

The Investigation on the Residue and Dynamics of the Fenvalerate in Soybean with Gas Chromatography

摘要: 使用GC-9A气相色谱仪,电子捕获检测器-63Ni,分别测得氰戊菊酯在青毛豆、青豆荚皮、黄豆、豆株和土壤中的最终残留量,结果表明无论施用氰戊菊酯12mg/m2或6mg/m2,样品中氰戊菊酯的最终残留量都在联合国FAO/W HO规定允许范围之内。在豆株和土壤中的残留动态方程为负指数函数。豆株和土壤的半衰期分别为2.56和7.70d。

Abstract: The determination of ultimate residue of fenvalerate in soybean and soil of soydean fild was carried out with gas chromatography. The residue was within the scope allawed by FAO/WHO when 8g/mu or 4g/mu of active ingredient of fenvalerate was applied, The residue dynamic equation of fenvalerate in Soybeen-plants and the soil was negtive exponential function, The Half-Life of fenvalerate in the soybean-plants was 2.56 d and 7.7 d in the soil.
