摘要: 采用Gomes氏法Ⅱ记录了48例窦房结电图,其中正常对照组25例,可疑病窦组7例,病窦组16例。记录成功者41例。窦房传导时间:对照组75.5±17.8ms,可疑病窦组88.0±3.5ms,病窦组171.7±39.4ms。经统计学比较,对照组可凝病窦组无明显差异,而对照组病窦组差异明显。本文还观察了不同下限截止频率对记录窦房结电图的影响;按压颈动脉窦、注射阿托品及心房刺激对窦房传导时间的影响。分析了Gomes氏法Ⅱ的优劣,直接测量窦房传导时间的优点及限度。

Abstract: Sinus Node Electrograms(SNE)were recorded in 48 patients by Gomes's method Ⅱ.25 cases had normal function of sinus node,7 cases had Doubt Sick Sinus Syndrome(DSSS),16 cases had Sick Sinus Syndrome(SSS).Stable SNE could be recorded in 41 cases (85%).Directly measured Sino-Atrial Conduction Time(SACTD)was 75.5±7.8ms in control group,DSSS group was 88.0±3.5ms,SSS group was 171.7±39.4ms.There were no different between control and DSSS.groups.There were the significant different between control group and SSSgroup. This work has studied the influence to SNE in different Low-Pass filters.By the SNE directly observed influence on SSACTD during carotid sinus massage intervious atropine and atrial stimulation. The advancemant and Limitation of Gomes's method Ⅱ and SACTD were analysed.
