摘要/Abstract

摘要： 对阿拉伯-甘露聚糖复合剂(AMC)在小鼠体内抗小鼠S₁₈₀肿瘤作用的观察表明,应用AMC的实验组小鼠同对照组小鼠相比,发生肿瘤的只数少,时间晚,平均肿瘤重量低。结果提示AMC可能有希望作为一种新的抗肿瘤制剂用于肿瘤治疗。

关键词: 阿拉伯—甘露聚糖, S180腹水癌细胞, 抑制肿瘤生长

Abstract: The results of antitumor activity stimulated by AMC against S₁₈₀ showed that the number of mice suffering from tumor was less, the development of tumor was later and the average weight of the tumor was lower in the experlmental group as compared with the controls, It indicated that AMC might be considerd as a new effective autitumor drug.
