蟾蜍和蛙缝匠肌肌节长度的研究

摘要: 采用激光衍射法对离体和在体蟾蜍与蛙的缝匠肌肌节长度进行了测量,所获结果如下:离体实验时将缝匠肌长度固定于机能位时为在体长度,SLf为此状态下的肌节长度。蟾蜍的SLf为2.70±0.10μm(n=11);蛙的SLf为2.32±0.0 4μm(n=11)。从松弛状态牵拉缝匠肌直至肌肉断裂,肌肉和肌节长度关系未出现预期的线性关系,曲线略呈S型。在体实验表明蛙缝匠肌SLf,小于蟾蜍SLf;与离体结果一致。当激光光束在蟾蜍缝匠肌中部由内侧向外移动时,可见肌节长度逐渐增加,肌肉内侧部、中间、外侧部的SLf分别为2.59±0.07μm(n=9)和2.64±0.09μm(n=9);2.71±0.08μ(mn=10),蛙的这些差异不显著。

Abstract: The sarcomere length in the sartorius muscle of the toad and the frog was measured with the laser diffraction technique. Measuremnts were made both in vitro and in situ. results are as follows. 1. In vitro experiments: In order to compare the sarcomere length in the two species, the sartorius muscle was fixed at its length in the functional position. The sarcomre length of the fixed-length muscle(SLf)was 2.7±0.1μm (n=11)in the toad and 2.32±0.04μm(n=11)in the frog. when the sartorius muscle was stretched from slack to break, the relationship between the sarcomere length and the muscle length is not linearas expected but sigmoid in shape. 2. In situ experiments: The in vitro finding that the SLf in the frog is smaller than that in the toad was confirmed in the in situ experiments. when the laser beam was moved in the medial to lateral direction along a line bisecting the muscle, the SLf was found to increase in value in the toad, from a value of 2.59±0.07μm(n=9)at the medial margin, to a value of 2.64±0.09μm(n=9)at the midpoint and to a value of 2.71±0.08μm(n=10)at the lateral margin. The difference in SLf was not apparent in the frog.
