用生物发光技术对结核杆菌H37Ra株进行快速药物敏感试验的研究

The Study of Rapid Drug Sensitivity of M. tuberculosis Strain H37 Ra with Bioluminescence

摘要: 用生物发光技术对结核杆菌H37Ra株进行快速药物敏感试验的研究。该法系将在改良罗氏培养基中培养3周的结核杆菌H37Ra株经适当稀释后,移种于0.1%吐温80-综合苏通液体培养基中(加与未加抗生素),37℃培养4~5d,然后测定细菌ATP提取物BL(305)值。通过计算细菌生长抑制率,了解细菌对药物的敏感性.本法快速(4~5d),易于操作。

Abstract: We carried out studies of rapid drug sensitivity testing of M. tuberculosis strain H37Ra with the bioluminescence method. The method was that bacteria from about three weeks old cultures of M. tuberculosis strain H37Ra on Lowenstein Jensen medium were diluted suitably and were added to 0.1 per cent Tween 80--system Sauton liquid medium (with or without antibiotics and free medium) and then incubated at 37℃ After inculation for four or five days, the amout of BL30s rlu's were determined. We can know the drug sensitivity of M. tuberculosis strain H37Ra which was estimated according to the inhibition rate of bacteria growth. The results of the seusitivity testing can be evaluated within 4 to 5 days. The method is rapid and easy to perform.
