涎腺腺泡细胞癌HE染色与组化及免疫组化染色对照观察

An Histochemical and Immunohistochemical Study of Acinic Cell Adenocarcinoma of Salivary Gland

摘要: 对23例腺泡细胞癌进行临床、病理形态学分析,结合11例组织化学及免疫组织化学染色对照观察,结果表明:不同细胞类型的腺泡细胞癌对PAS染色可出现不同反应,因而,用PAS反应作为诊断腺泡细胞癌的重要指征有一定局限性,对于透明细胞型或含嗜酸颗粒的腺泡细胞型腺泡细胞癌,用简单、易行的组化染色,具专鉴别诊断价值、100蛋白、癌胚抗原的免疫组织化学染色在低分化的腺泡细胞癌的鉴别诊断中可起关键作用。

Abstract: Twenty-three cases of acinic cell adenocarcinoma(ACC)of salivary gland were studied with histochemistry and immunohisto chemistry staining compared with H-E-stained slides. It was shown that though the PASstain played an important role in diagnosis of ACC,this histochemical method has its limit. Because there were different reactions of PASin different types of ACC.However,another histochemical methods can be used easily for the differentia ldiagnosis of the ACC with the clear cells or the ACC with oxyphilic granules. Immunohistochemical staining for Keratin,S-100 protein and Carcinoembryonic antigen is of key importance in the differential diagnosis of ACC with low differentiation.The histogenesis of ACC is also discussed.
