脊神经节神经元对躯体及(或)内脏神经电刺激的反应

Responses of Spinal Ganglion Neurons to Electrical Stimulation of Somatic and/or Visceral Nerve

摘要: 在30只大鼠骶1(S1)脊神经节上共记录到182个对躯体及(或)内脏神经电刺激发生反应的神经元。其中74个神经元既对阴部神经(Pu)刺激反应,也对盆内脏神经(Pe)刺激反应。Pu刺激引起的动作电位的传导速度(38.1m/s)显着快于Pe刺激引起的动作电位的传导速度(21.9m/s).Pu和Pe刺激引起的动作电位可互相碰掉。结果提示,躯体与内脏输入可通过分叉初级传入,在同一个A型脊神经节神经元上会聚。

Abstract: One hundred and eighty two neurons were recorded from S1 spinal ganglion in 30 rats.Of them, 74 neurons responded to stimulation of both pudendal(Pu)and pelvic(Pe)nerve.Conduction velocity of action potentials induced by Pu stimulation (38.07 m/s) was significantly faster than that of Pe stimulation induced ones (21.84 m/s).The action potentials evoked by Pu and Pe stimulation could be collided each another.These results indicate that somatic and visceral input may converge on single type A spinal ganglion neurons via dichotomizing primary afferents.
