银杏叶提取物对小鼠抗体生成作用和巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响

Effects of Extract from the Leaves of Ginkgo Biloba on Murine Antibody Forming and Macrophage Phagocytic Function

摘要: 用空斑形成细胞测定法、溶血素测定法和吞噬指数测定法分别检测了银杏叶提取物对小鼠抗SRBC抗体生成细胞的数目、溶血素的产生和巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果表明,本提取物可使小鼠抗SRBC抗体生成细胞数及其抗体产生增加,并能增强巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,各实验组与对照组比较均有显着性差异(P<0.01).提示该提取物具有增加特异性抗体产生及增强非特异性吞噬功能的作用。

Abstract: The effects of extract from the leaves of ginkgo biloba on the numbers of anti-SRBCforming cell,hemolysin product and macrophage phagocytic function were investigated in mice by plaque forming cell(PFC),hemolysin and phagocytic index assays.The results showed that the PFC, the product of hemolysin and the phagocytic index of macrophages were enhanced(P<0.01) when the mice were administered with extract from the leaves of ginkgo biloba.It indicated that the extract may increase the formation of the specific antibody and the nonspecific phagocytic function.
