莱姆病螺旋体超微结构的研究

摘要:

将北京1992年分离自长角血蜱(Haemaphysalis longicornis Neumann)的2株伯格多佛疏螺旋体(Borrelia burgdorferi)在电镜下观察,发现其虽与国内外菌株结构相似,但较细长,且鞭毛数不同。提示可能为新菌型或亚型。

Abstract:

Studies on the cells of strains SZ21, SZ22 isolated from Haemaphysalis longicornis Neumann in 1992, Beijing, with electronic microscope showed that ultrastructure of them was similar to, but not identical with both strains B31 and M7. The cells of strains SZ21 and SZ22 were more narrow and longer than those of B31 and M7. The SZ21 and SZ22 having six and eight flagella respectively attached at each end were different from B31 and M7.
