摘要: 对DSP进行了急性毒性及诱变性研究。结果表明:大、小鼠经口LD50均大于600mg/kg体重,小鼠骨髓微核试验、Ames试验及小鼠精子畸形试验均为阴性,未发现有诱变性。

Abstract: The acute toxicity and mutagenic assays of DSP were carried out.The results showed that the LD50 by the oral route in mice and rats were both more than 600 mg/kg.Micronucleus test of mice bone marrow.Ames test and sperm abnormalities test in mice were all negative and mutagenicity of DSP was not discovered.
