实验性急性缺氧时肺毛细血管变化的定量检测

摘要:

对实验性缺氧4、8、12h大鼠的肺组织切片行常规和显示琥珀酸脱氢酶活性的NitroBT染色后,经图像分析仪定量毛细血管腔、内皮细胞的大小和色值数值。结果显示:缺氧组动物毛细血管腔和内皮细胞的大小随缺氧时间的延长而增大,琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性随缺氧时间的延长而减小。

Abstract:

Experimental hypoxia for 4 ,8 and 12 h respectively was induced in rats.The lung sections were stained with routine method and Nitro BTmethod for succinate dehydrogenase activity. The area of capillary cavity,size of endothelial cell and colour data were measured with image analysis equipment.The results showed that the area of capillary cavity and size of endothelial cell became increased along with the prolongation of hypoxia time, and the activity of succinate dehydrogenase became decreased along with the prolonged hypoxia time.
