谷氨酸单钠对大鼠睾丸的影响

The Effects of Monosodium Glutamate on the Testes of Rats

摘要:

给新生期Wistar大鼠皮下注射10%谷氨酸单钠(MSG),观察其青春期(52日龄)及成年期(100日龄)的睾丸.结果:各期给药组睾丸质量均显着低于对照组(P<0.01),血清睾酮(T)浓度给药组各期均显着低于对照组(P<0.01).各期给药组睾丸发育停滞,生精细胞停留于精原细胞、精母细胞阶段、曲细精管内未见精子细胞,无精子形成.结果表明:新生期注射MSG的大鼠睾丸的生精过程受到阻滞.

Abstract:

Wistar newborn rats were injected subcutaneously with 10% monosodium glutamate(MSG). The development of rat testes were observed on the 52th(puberty)and 100th day(adult). The results showed that testes weights of MSG group were decreased significantly as compared with control group(P<0.01)in both puberty and adult. MSG treated rats had significantly lower serum concentrations of testosterone than saline treated rats(P<0.01)on both ages. Testes developed arrestedly in MSG group. Spermatogenic cells were consisted of spermatogonia and spermatocyte, spermatid and spermatozoa were not seen in convoluted seminiferous tubule. Thus, MSG can block the spertogenesis.
