骨科手术机器人辅助经皮空心螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效分析

摘要: 目的  评估骨科手术机器人辅助下与徒手置钉治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效。 方法  回顾性选取2018年1月至2023年6月期间吉林大学第一医院收治的股骨颈骨折患者共40例为研究对象,将其中采用机器人辅助下手术的21例患者为机器人组,徒手置钉手术的19例患者为徒手组。比较两组患者术中及术后临床指标。 结果  机器人组患者的手术时间、术中透视次数、术中导针调整次数以及术后1年Harris评分等方面均优于徒手置钉组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的骨折愈合时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论  天玑骨科手术机器人辅助股骨颈骨折治疗具有精准、高效、智能等显著优势,使用机器人辅助手术可缩短手术时间,减少手术相关副损伤发生的可能,值得进一步推广及应用。

Abstract: Objective  To evaluate the efficacy of robot-assisted versus free-hand screw placement in the treatment of femoral neck fractures. Methods  A retrospective analysis was conducted on 40 patients with femoral neck fractures treated at the First Hospital of Jilin University from January 2018 to June 2023. Based on the surgical methods, the patients were divided into two groups: the robot group (21 cases) and the free-hand group (19 cases). Intraoperative and postoperative indicators were compared between the two groups. Results  The robot group showed superiority over the free-hand group in terms of operation time, number of intraoperative fluoroscopies, number of intraoperative guide pin adjustments, and Harris scores at 1 year postoperatively (P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of fracture healing time (P > 0.05). Conclusions  The TiRobot assists in the treatment of femoral neck fractures with significant advantages such as precision, efficiency, and intelligence. Robot-assisted surgery can shorten the operation time and reduce the possibility of surgery-related secondary injuries, making it worthy of further promotion and application.
