疟原虫卵囊——子孢子体外培养初步研究

Primary Study on the in Vitro Cultivation of the Oocyst-Sporozoite of Malaria Parasite

摘要: 本文通过对约氏疟原虫约氏亚种及鸡疟原虫卵囊体外培养的研究,初步探讨了有关卵囊体外培养的条件。在修改的M-Mc3培养基中加入了某些氨基酸亚适当提高了培养基的渗透压,结果有一定促进作用。约氏疟原虫8天卵囊经体外培养3天后,鸡疟原虫7天卵囊体外培养4天后均形成形态成熟的子孢子。本实验还探索了污染的控制问题。结果表明在相同消毒方法处理下,斯氏按蚊与白纹伊蚊蚊胃的污染率不同,前者明显高于后者,其原因尚待进一步探讨。

Abstract: The oocysts of two species of plasmodia,P.gallinaceum and P, yoelii yoelii were cultured in Mit suhashi and Maramorosh medium (M-M medium,1964) and the medium modified by increasing the amount of some amino acids and raising the osmotic pressure.The result showed that the 7-day old oocyst of P.gallinaceum and the 8-day old oocyst of P.yoelii yoelii could release sporozoites after 3 to 4 day's cultivation in modified M-M medium.The sporozoites were mautre in morphology. We found that the contamination rate in cultivating the stomach of Anopheles stephensi was much higher than that in cultivating the stomach of Aedes albopictus, although the same method of steri-lizing the stomach of mosquito had been used.
