毛冬青甲素抗血栓形成的作用机制研究

摘要: 临床观察毛冬青甲素对血栓性疾病有明显的疗效。药理实验证明毛冬青甲素能使大白鼠实验性血栓形成变小。目前认为TXA2和PGI2对血栓形成具有重要意义。为了探讨毛冬青甲素抗血栓的作用机制,本文主要研究了毛冬青甲素对大鼠动脉生成前列环素(PGI2)样物质的影响。实验证明毛冬青甲素在体内和体外均有增强动脉生成前列环素样物质的作用,此可能是其抗血栓形成的作用机制之一。

Abstract: It is observed through clinical studies that Ilexonin A is highly effective in the treatment of throm-botic diseases.Pharmacological experiments indicate that llexonin A can reduce the size of the throm-bus. Now it is belieyed that a balan-ce between Thromboxane A2(TXA2) and prostacyclin (PGI2) is impor-tant in the formation of thrombus. In order to study the anti-throm-bosis mechanism of llexonin A, this paper mainly studies how lle-xonin A affects the artery of rats to produce Prostacyclin-like subs-tances. It is demostrated that Ilexonin A promotes artery to produce Pros-tacyclin-like substances both in vivo and vitro,which may be resul-ted from one of its anti-throm-bosis mechanisms of action.
