摘要/Abstract

摘要： 对200只大鼠分三组作了65%肝叶切除术,其中两组在切肝前作了肝门管(肝A、门V和胆总管)不同时间(30或20分钟)的阻断,另一组作为对照组。观察术后肝再生情况和动物存活率。结果表明:肝门管阻断组动物术后存活率明显低于不阻断组(P<0.01)而阻断肝门管的不同时间(30或20分钟)对存活率没有明显影响(P>0.05)。三组动物术后肝再生情况基本相同。

Abstract: 65% hepatectomy was performe don 200 rats divided into 3 groups. A preliminary obliteration of the porta hepatis was applied in two groups in different time (30 and 20 mi-nutes respectively),and the other group was used as a control.The regeneration of the liver and survi-val rate were observed in each group. The survival rate was signifi-cantly low in the two groups with preliminary obliteration of the porta hepatis (P<0.01) but not affected by the duration of obliteration(P> 0.05)The hepatic regeneration was almost the same among the 3groups.
