摘要/Abstract

摘要： 我们从1981年10月份起,使用半软牙胶尖根管充填术封闭根尖孔。在14个新拔除的下颌与上颌切牙上,6个用一般方法处理根管,8个用半软牙胶尖根管充填术进行处理。经同位素检查,半软牙胶尖根管充填术处理的牙齿,根尖渗漏程度明显少于一般方法处理者,统计学上有显著差异。临床病例 X 线观察,半软牙胶尖根管充填术,可填入根尖三角区、付根管与侧枝根管。10个月以上的追综观察,效果也较满意。

Abstract: Since Oct.1981 we have filled the apical foramen with half- softened gutta percha points. Among the 14 freshly extracted mandibular and maxillary incisors, 6 were treated with conventional root canal filling technique, 8 were treated by half-softened gutta percha points technique. The isotope investigation showed that half-softened gutta percha technique afforded less leakage than conventional root canal fillings.Statistically,there was significant difference. X-Ray examinations showed half-softened gutta percha points could fill apical delta space, accessary canals and side branches. Up to 10 month follow up the results remained satisfactory.
