摘要:

本文报告了使用林万明等改进的半导体热敏电阻探针直接测温装置的热变性温度法(Tm),测定沙眼衣原体DNA中G+C的含量。此法简单、方便并且重复性好。本结果表明,沙眼衣原体TE55株DNA中G+C的含量,与国外文献值相近,今后,可用此法鉴别临床分离的衣原体及进一步确立衣原体的分类位置。

Abstract:

Determination of the G+C content of DNA from strain TE55 chlamydia trachomatis by the thermal denaturation temperature (Tin) method which was improved by Lin Wang-ming, using the semiconductor thermistor thermometer was reported in this paper. This method is simple, convenient and can he repeated with satisfaction. The results showed that G+C content of strain TE55 C.trachomatis DNA was almost the same as those reported in literature. In future, this method can be used to identify and classify chlamydia in clinical samples.
