骨折端微动对骨折愈合影响的实验观察

Effect of Micromotion between Fracture Ends on Bone Healing

摘要:

本工作给健康灰兔造成模拟肱骨中段骨折,分别采用不同的固定方法,5周后观察骨折端愈合情况。实验结果表明:骨折端固定相对稳定,有一定微动,骨折愈合最好。绝对固定,骨折愈合较慢。骨折愈合过程中固定中断,即形成假关节。作者认为,骨折端的相对稳定和接触是骨愈合的基本条件。骨折端在一定限度内的微动,有利于骨愈合。

Abstract:

Models of humerus fracture were porformed in several rabbits, different methods of fixation were tried, and the bone healing on both fracture ends was observed.The result of the experiment disclosed that certain degree of micromotion could promote the bone healing. Absolute immobilizatio, on the contrary might slow down the healing. Discontinuity of fixation in the healing process might lead to the formation of false joint.The author believed that the relative stability and contact of the fractured ends were the elementary criteria for bone healing. The micromtion between the fracture ends favoured the bone healing.
