摘要: 本文应用交联剂环氧氯丙烷将半乳糖交联于淀粉,制备了半乳糖—淀粉凝胶(Gal—starch gel),并利用Gal-starch gel亲和层析法成功地提纯了半乳糖专一的绿脓杆菌凝集素(PA-Lectin)。同时,根据产率、纯化倍数、PA-Lectin的分子量和氨基酸组成,作者将Gal-starch gel法与Gilboa-Garber等报道的Sepharose 4B亲和层析法进行了比较研究。此外,文中还对Gal-starch gel法提纯的最适条件进行了观察。

Abstract: Galactose-specific Pseudomonas aeruginosa lectin was successfully purified by affinity chromatography on D-galactose-starch gel, which was prepared by using cross-linking reagent epichlorohydrim, and the results involving its yield, molecular weight and amino acid composition were compared with those obtained by affinity chromatography on Sepharose 4B. The optimal conditions for purification with D-galactose-starch gel method were also observed.
