Determination of Trace Elements in Human Hair for Children Retarbation

摘要:

本文介绍了用ICAP-9000感应耦合等离子发射光谱仪测定22例儿童发育迟缓患者头发中八种微量元素的含量。发现除Mn、Mg、Mo与对照组无明显差别外,Zn、Cu、Fe、Cr、Pb值均高于正常对照组。本文就其变化原因及其临床意义作了初步探讨。

Abstract:

Eight kinds of trace elements in human hair were determined with the ICAP emission spectrometer in 22 cases of children with growth elments. It was found that there was no difference in Mg, Mn, Mo between the patients and the control groups while an increase in hair Cu, Fe, Pb, Zn, Cr occurred in children with growth retardation.The statistical treatment of data between the patients and normal group showed that the difference were significant.Factors controlling its change and clinical value of the hair trace elements in children growth retardation were also discussed.
