乙型病毒性肝炎中HBV标志物在不同临床型的表现

摘要：

本文报告了120例HBVM在乙型病毒性肝炎中急性、慢性和重型各临床型的检测结果,发现抗-HBs的阳性率急性较慢性为高。HBeAg的阳性率急性较慢性和重型均高(P<0.01)。HBsAg、抗-HBe和抗-HBc的阳性率各型间无差异。对HBVM在乙型病毒性肝炎各临床型的表现意义进行了讨论。

Abstract:

HBVM of 120 cases of acute, chronic and severe types of viral hepatitis B were presented. The positive rate of anti-HBs of acute cases was higher than that of chronic cases. The positive rate of HBeAg in acute type was higher than that of chronic and severe cases(P<0.01). The positive rate of HBsAg anti-HBc had no difference among different clinical types. The clinical meaning of HBVM in different clinical cases of viral hepatitis type B was discussed.
