摘要：

肝大部切除后1、3、6天,对大鼠肾上腺皮质进行了MAO、SDH、G6PD、脂类、AIP、ATPase 等共九种组织化学染色,肝大部切除后组积化学变化主要表现在皮质囊状带内区和网状带,趋势与非特异手术相同,但更加强烈。其中以术后第3天最明显,特别是SDH、G6PD、AIP、ATPase 活性增强、脂类也布变化。可以认为,肝大部切除后大鼠肾上腺皮质囊状带内区和网状带机能活动增强。肾上腺皮质的这种变化与肝再生过程存在着平行的关

Abstract:

1,3,6 days after partial hepatectomy,nine kinds of histochemicalreactions such as MAO,SDH,G6PD,LIPIDS,AIP,ATPase wereperformed on the rat adrenal cortex,Histochemical changes following partial hepatectomy were mainly located in the internal area of zonafaciculata and zona reticularis and were more intense than that followingsham operation,but the tendencies were similar.Changes 3 days afteroperation were the most obvious,especially the activities of SDH,G6PD,AIP,ATPase were increased.Lipids also had some variation.Such resultsdisclosed that the functional activity of internal area of zona faciculataand zona reticularis of adrenal cortex in rat enhanced after partialhepatectomy.These changes of adrenal cortex and the course of hepaticregeneration were parallel.
