氧化苦参碱对小鼠肝微粒体药物代谢酶的诱导作用

Inducing Role of Oxymatrine on the Hepatic Microsomal Drug-metabolism Enzyme in Mice

摘要: 氧化苦参碱是自中药苦参中提取的一种生物碱,本文就其对小鼠肝微粒体药物代谢酶的影响进行了探讨。结果表明,氧化苦参碱(100mg/kg)能缩短小鼠戊比妥钠睡眠时间,提高肝微粒体细胞色素P-450含量并增强乙基吗啡N-脱甲基酶对硝基茴香醚O-脱甲基酶和苯并芘羟化酶的的活性,形态上使肝细胞滑面内质网增生。以上结果说明,氧化苦参碱是细胞色素P-450的诱导剂。

Abstract: The effect of Oxymatrine(OMT),isolated from Sophora flavescens Ait,on the hepatic microsomal drug-metabolism enzyme have been investigated.It was found that the content of cytochrome P-450 (P-450),the ethylmorphine N-demethylase,the p-nitroanisole O-demethylase and the benzo(a)pyrene hydroxylase activities were significantly increased in OMT(100mg/kg)-pretreated mice.The proliferation of smooth endoplamic reticulum of liver cells was also stimulated by OMT.The results indicated that Oxymatrine is a inducer of P-450.
