摘要/Abstract

摘要： 对10例脑瘤,选择瘤细胞在体外对数生长期制备染色体片。按Denver体制进行核型分析.10例的优势核型为二倍体及近二倍体。8例肿瘤培养细胞出现核内复制现象。5例脑膜瘤中,4例具有^*22染色体单体核型,其中3例发生双着丝粒染色体与染色体断裂等畸变。3例恶性胶质瘤染色体的变异略同上述。但是多形性胶质母细胞瘤的近四倍体核型高于其他两例.我们认为利用早期体外细胞培养法要比建立起的细胞系更利于进行核型分析。

Abstract: The chtomosomes karyotype analysis have been done by 10 brain tumors.The chromosome preparations were made from each tumor cells cultured during the logari-thmic phase.Endoreduplication was frequenty found in 8 tumors.4 out of 5 meningiomas have the typical karyotype showing ^*22 monosomy,3 of them showed chromosome aberration. 3 of the malignant glial tumor have showed same aberration as the 3 meningiomas but the neartetraploid karyotype of the glioblastoma multiforme was more than the other two glial tumors.
