棉花施用溴氰菊酯的残留量及残留动态研究

The Invesitigation on the Residue and Dynamics of the Deltamethrin in Cotton by Gas Chromatography

摘要: 本文介绍用气相色谱法测定棉籽与棉田土壤中溴氰菊酯残留量及在土壤和棉叶中的残留动态。结果表明:无论施用溴氰菊酯有效成分2.5g/亩或1.5g/亩;喷药4次或5次;最后一次喷药到收获间隔为35天或20天,棉籽及棉田土壤中溴氰菊酯残留量都在联合国FAO/WHO规定的允许范围内。在棉叶及棉田土壤中溴氰菊酯残留动态方程是负指数函数。棉叶和土壤中的半衰期分别为4.19天和3.51天。

Abstract: With the electron capture detector(ECD-63Ni)of SP-2308 Gas chroma- tograph,the determination of ultimate residue of deltamethrin in cotton-seed and soil of cotton field was obtained respectively.The residue was with- in the scope allawed by FAO/WHO,whether 2.5g/mu or 1.5g/mu of active ingredient of deltamethrin was applied.The insecticide Was sprayed 4 or 5 times and the interval between the last spray and the harvest Was 35 or 20 days.The residue dynamic equation of deetamethrin in cotton-leaves and the soil Was negative exponential function.The half-lift of deltame-thrin in the cotton-leaves Was 4.19 days and 3.51 days in the soil.
