摘要/Abstract

摘要： 从病理组织学上对100例卵巢纤维瘤和卵泡膜细胞瘤的鉴别进行了初步探讨。结果提示卵巢纤维瘤和卵泡膜细胞瘤同源于卵巢性腺间质,形态上有移行。典型的肿瘤较易区分,但对不典型的肿瘤特别是对细胞型纤维瘤和卵泡膜细胞纤维瘤的鉴别需要借助脂肪和VG染色。

Abstract: 100 cases of fibrome and thecoma of ovary were analyzed with three groups histopathologically.The results of double blind trial from clinic and pathology indicated that ovarian fibroma and thecona both originated from ovarian mesenchym with transitional in morphology.It is easy to distinguish among typical tumors,but it is difficult for cellular fibroma and thecofibroma.The fat and collagen(V.G)stain are need.
