摘要: 仪器中设计的交直流幅值均衡电路,使交流和直流电流通过该电路后得到不同的幅值,交直流通用。去掉了分档测量的麻烦,避免了因档位置错造成的误检测,并且展宽了测量频率范围。仪器中采用了全波线性整流电路,使检测分辨率达到1μA,表笔不分正负极性,进一步提高了可靠性。

Abstract: In the detector, a AC/DC amplitude balance circuit is designed. Through the circuit, both AC and DC amplitude can be got respectively and with-out changing the switch positions. The frequence range of the detector is also extended by the design. A all wave linear rectifier circuit riases the resolution to 1 μA. The two terminals of the detector can be used altena-tively without difference of polarity. This character further enhances the reliablity of the detector.
