摘要/Abstract

摘要： 分析151例Guillain-Barre综合征的临末及4例尸检资料,并复习有关文献,详细探讨了治疗问题,认为类固醇激素对本综合征的急性期并无特残疗效,而副作用却极为明显,强调对有呼吸肌麻痹者应及时气管切开及人工呼吸。同时,精心的护理非常必要。

关键词: Guillain-Barre综合征, 类固醇, 气管切开, 人工呼吸

Abstract: 151 cases of Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS), including4autopsies, Were analized. The therapeutic problem of GBS were discussed in detail. The application of steroids did not get mush special effect for the treat-ment in the acute stage of GBS, and side effects of steroids, were seriously marked. It was emphasized that the main therapeutic way for the cases of GBS with weakness of respiratory muscles was bronchotomy in time and artificial respiration. Meanwhile, careful nursing is necessary.
