摘要: 报告了筛选抗沙眼衣原体单克隆抗体的微量免疫酶斑点法(间接法)的建立。应用该法对杂交瘤的培养上清及腹水中单克隆抗体的测定结果与放射免疫法和微量免疫荧光法基本一致,该法具有简便、特异、快速、微量及可用颗粒性抗原等特点,可用于初筛抗衣原体单克隆抗体。并讨论了该法用于眼科疾病诊断的前景。

Abstract: The establishment of an immunoenzyme stain assay for screening mo-noclone antibody against chlamydia trachomatis is described. The results of the method in detecting monoclone antibody in culture supernants and ascitic fluids were basically the same as those by RIA and IFA. The method is simple, specific and rapid, and is suited for micro samples and particulate antigens. The prospects for using the method in diagnosis of eye diseases are discussed.
