摘要/Abstract

摘要： 报告脑干肿瘤11例,临床症状以眼动障碍、吞咽困难、肢体无力和步态不稳为常见。在CT与MRI扫描前的初诊均有误。8例行MRI检查(其中包括CT正常者2例)均异常。大多数脑干肿瘤的MRI特征是长T₁(弱信号)、长T₂(强信号),显示脑干病变的最佳断面为矢状正中面。

Abstract: 11 cases of Brain stem tumour were reported. Disturbance of ocular mo-vement, dysphagy, Weakness of extremity & unstable gait are common. MRI was performed in 8 cases of them. Abnormal findings were seen in all. The MKI features of most Brain stem tumours are long T₁ & long T₂. The middle sagittal section shows the fullest batail. MRI is considereda better diagriostic procedure than CT scan.
