摘要/Abstract

摘要： 实验研究了罗布麻精制浸膏对大鼠肝脏药物代谢酶的影响。结果发现罗布麻精制浸膏对大鼠肝脏的细胞色素P₄₅₀及NADPH-细胞色素还原酶有抑制作用。但对谷胱甘肽S转移酶无影响。

Abstract: In this paper the influences of the fine extract of poacynum pictum baill on drug-metabolizing enzymes of the rat liver were studied. The results indicated that the fine extract of poacynum pictum baill decreased the content of cytochrome P₄₅₀ and the activity of NADPH- cytochrome creductase of the rat liver, but uneffected the activity of heptic GSH S-transferase.
