摘要： 用立式电泳方法分析视网膜脱离和视网膜脱离伴有高度近视患者血清和视网膜下液(SRF)的乳酸脱氢酶(DDH)同功酶,发现视网膜脱离病人血清中的LDH同功酶与正常人血清的基本相同,都有LDH₁、LDH₂、LDH₃、但SRF的LDH随视网膜脱离病程的延长,同功酶的种类及含量增多。病程在6个月以上的病人,其SRF的LDH含量高于自身血清的含量。表明SRF的LDH不仅来源于血浆,而且也来自视网膜组织。

Abstract: Vertical electrophoresis was used in analyzing lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) isoenzymes in serum and subretinal fluid (SRF) of retinal detachment patients with and without high myopia. It was found that in retinal detachment, the serum LDH isoenzymes were essentially the same as those of the normal individual, both containing LDH₁, LDH₂, and LDH₃. But as the course of the disease was prolonged, the isoenzymes bacame increased both in their variety and in their content. In patients with detachments of over 6 months' duration, levels of LDH in the SRF were found to be higher than those in their own sera, indicating that LDH in the SRF came from retinal tissue as well as from the blood plasma.
