摘要: 本文介绍测定人血浆睾酮(T)的RIA(放射免疫分析)法,用混合酸酐法制备T-牛血清清蛋白结合物,以其为抗原制备T-抗血清,用1%活性碳分离免疫复合物与游离T,该方法的T的最小检测量为0.07pmol/L,批内系数分别为4.77%和1.64%,外加T标准品回收率为100.4%。测定158例正常人血浆T浓度,60岁以上男性明显低于60岁和批间变异以下者,女性更年期和绝经期明显低于育龄期,而月经各周期中T浓度无明显差异。

Abstract: This article introduces the method for the determinatiom of testosterone in plasma by RIA. The antigen was prepared by compling testosterone with BSA. Antigen was used for preparing the rabbit antiserum. The separation of immunocomplex from the free form of testosterone was accomplished by 1%Charcoal. The sensitivity of this method is 0.07 pmol. The interassay and intraassay coefficients of variation were 4.7% and 16.4% respectively The average recovery rate of testosterone was 100.4%. The article reported the plasma testosterone concentration of 158 normal subjects measured by this method. The male plasma testosterone level of the group old than 60 is lower than the group under 60, The female plasma testosterone level during the climacteric and menopause is lower than child bearing period and there is not statistic different in the different period of menstruation circle.
