摘要/Abstract

摘要： 报道了用免疫酶法从人肝细胞cDNA文库中筛选清蛋白cDNA克隆的过程。所得到的克隆用免疫学方法及内切酶水解法进行鉴定。在7个阳性克隆中,有8个cDNA克隆分子的叠加占据了整个清蛋白cDNA编码区的长度。

Abstract: Using enzyme labeled immuno assay, the procedures of screening the clones of albumin cDNA from a library of human hepatic cells were reported. These selected clones were identified with immunological method and res- triction enzymes digestion, of the seven positive clones, the sum of three overlaps the whole length of coding region of albumin.
