摘要: 应用电镜对流行性出血热病毒进行形态学研究。电镜观察结果表明,流行性出血热病毒具有布尼亚病毒样的形态,病毒颗粒呈圆球形,有包膜。其颗粒平均直径为113nm,较以往发现的布尼亚病毒稍大,并且其大小变化范围也比较大。流行性出血热病毒的形态发生过程比较复杂,可能有其本身特育的方式。

Abstract: We studied the morphological characterization of epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus with electron microscopy. We observed that epidemic hemorrhagic fever viruses are bunyavirus-like, enveloped spherical particles. The average diameter of the virions is 113nm, larger than that of other members of bunyaviridae, and the variation of the diameter of the virions is also bigger. The morphogenesis of epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus is more complicated, may be there is a pattern different from that of other members of bunyaviridae.
