摘要/Abstract

摘要： 用免疫组化法检测了20例类风湿关节炎者关节滑膜上的IgM和IgG类风湿因子。前者阳性率为60%,后者为45%,总阳性率为65%。并对免疫组化、临床化验和病理资料进行了综合分析.认为免疫组化法检测关节滑膜上的类风湿因子是诊断类风湿关节炎的有力依据,尤其是在关节镜的应用中,对排除其他炎性关节炎具有决定意义。

Abstract: Rheumatoid factor(RF)was detected on synovialis of 20 patients with rheumatoid arthritis by immunohistochemical method.IgM RF and IgG RF positive rate was 60% and 45% respectively.According to the clinical laboratory tests and pathological examination,the detection of RF on synovialis is considered as an useful diagnosis for rheumatoid arthritis in same specimen,especially as a crucial test to except the other inflammative arthritis in the application of arthcope.
