含葛根素冷钾停搏液对低温全心缺血心肌保护作用的电镜观察

An Puerarin Cardioplegic Solution on Electron Microscopic Observation of the Protecdtive Effect of Hypothermic and Global Ischemic Myocardium

摘要: 采用低温体外循环下原位犬动物实验模型,用电镜观察和比较冷钾停搏液和添加葛根素的冷钾停搏液灌注后,停搏140 min全心缺血心肌的超微结构变化。结果显示:含葛根素心脏停搏液对心肌的超微结构具有良好的保护作用。

Abstract: After systemic and topical hypithermia and extracorpureal circultion cold potassium car-dioplegic solution and the same solution containing puerarin were used for canine myocardial protection, respectively. The electron microscopic observations of both global ischemic myocardium were evaluated and compared. The results indicate that after 140 min aortic oc-clusion and 45 minreperfusion the cold potassium cardioplegic solution containing puerarin has a better protective effect on myocardium ultrastructure.
