甘氨酸对表皮细胞游走的影响

摘要: 用乳鼠表皮浮游培养法,发现甘氨酸可明显增加表皮细胞游走长度。并发现此作用与甘氨酸的浓度及培养时间有关。提示甘氨酸可促进表皮细胞游走,有利于皮肤创伤愈合。

Abstract: In this paper,we use infant rats for epidermal floating culture and find that glysine ob-viosly enhanced the distance of epidermal cells' wandering.This effect is related to the con-centration of glycine and culture duration.The experiment indicates that glycine may proba-bly promote the wandering,thus it will be helpful for the wound healing of the skin.
